elcome to the Seawind Resource Center...

The Kyosho® Seawind, is a 1-meter remote controlled " R/C" sailing - racing yacht which is easy enough for any beginner to assemble and sail, plus it also offers the racing performance designed to meet the demands of the most serious competitor.

This site contains information about the Kyosho® Seawind, for both the beginner and the competitive Seawind skippers, hobbyists or those considering joining the remote controlled "RC" sailing sport.

Talk to other Seawind skippers. The forum is an excellent place to ask questions, leave new ideas, tips and mods on building and sailing the Seawind Racing Yacht.

Join the International Seawind Fleet or the US-SCOA Seawind Fleet. Anyone who owns a Kyosho® Seawind is welcome, just click the appropriate like to become a member.

Find a friend to sail with. The Fleet Registry is an great resource, to find a Seawind sailing club or a buddy to sail with in your area.

Post a Seawind article - regatta schedules - news - web site links or a photo of your sailboat in the photo gallery. Please, submit any of the above to the Seawind Seawind Resource Center Webmaster.

Visit, the AMYA Seawind Class Website. The Seawind is recognized by the American Model Yachting Association (AMYA) as a "One-Design" model racing yacht class.

Attention Skipper: The SeaWind Resource Center International Fleet Registry is a service I provide to help SeaWind skippers locate each other around the world. It is not part of the US SeaWind COA or AMYA.

To register your SeaWind with the US-SeaWind COA (US-SCOA) Click here. Print out and complete a Registration Form and mail to Mike Eades, SeaWind Class Secretary at the address on the Form If you have any questions contact Mike Eades via email.

Important Maintenance TIP: Don't forget to clean and lubricate the keel and rudder shafts. They tend to rust when the boat sitting Idle during the winter months or on display.
